Happy Tuesday Twin Tiers! If you are headed out the door this morning, a few isolated showers will linger today but clouds will be on the decline through the afternoon as we end your day with some sunshine. Northerly winds continue for today helping to usher in cooler and more comfortable conditions for the afternoon. High temperatures will be in the mid to upper 70s, a nice change of pace from the 90s last weekend. We head into tonight as clouds continue to decrease, remaining partly cloudy late with overnight lows falling close to 50 degrees. Finally, a night where you can shut off that air conditioning and open the windows as we stay cool and comfy.
Wednesday we track temperatures that closely resemble today, in the mid to upper 70s. We see some more sunshine on Wednesday but the risk of a few isolated showers does exist in the forecast, so just be prepared for that if you are headed out for any outdoor activities. Mostly sunny on Thursday with highs near 80 degrees with a few late day showers possible. We really dry out and begin to warm up into late week where mid to upper 80s are back in the forecast to end the workweek.
This upcoming weekend is still trending on the dry side. Saturday we will see mostly sunny skies along with temperatures in the mid to upper 80s. Sunday we look to track a mixture of sunshine and clouds at times with isolated showers and storms possible, especially in the afternoon. Timing of those showers could change as we get closer.
