Happy Monday Twin Tiers! We wake up this morning to areas of patchy fog yet again, but temperatures on the cooler side in the 50s! High pressure is building into the region for today bringing us dry conditions and mostly sunny skies through the afternoon. Temperatures will be right near average in the lower 80s. Conditions remain quiet into tonight as we track temperatures falling back close to 60 degrees with clouds slowly increasing. Patchy fog will develop yet again late tonight and last into early Tuesday morning.
Tuesday we start off quiet with some sunshine before clouds increase along with the chance for showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures on Tuesday in the mid to lower 80s. Rain chances look to continue as we head into Wednesday as well with mostly cloudy skies. Wednesday is looking like the most unsettled day of the week as shower and storms chances linger through the afternoon and evening. Thursday the same risk exists with some pokes of sunshine before high pressure builds back into the Twin Tiers.
The end of this week and upcoming weekend look mainly dry right now along with sunshine returning. Temperatures do however fall slightly below average only topping off in the mid to upper 70s Friday through Sunday!
