Increasing clouds Tuesday evening through the overnight as southwesterly winds continue to usher warmth and moisture into the region. Staying mild for lows with temperatures falling into the low to mid 60s.

Next weather-maker moves in on Wednesday. A stray shower and thunderstorm is possible for the morning. Then, chance for showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, best chances in the Northern Tier. An isolated strong to severe thunderstorm possible afternoon and evening with gusty winds the biggest threat. Highs Wednesday into the low to mid 80s. Dew points close to 70 degrees for the afternoon, so feeling humid. High dew points also means plenty of moisture available for thunderstorms to tap into. Keeping a chance for showers and isolated thunderstorms Wednesday night. Lows Wednesday night in the low to mid 60s.

Showers may linger Thursday as the frontal system will be slow to move out. Otherwise, cooler in the wake of a cold front. Highs Thursday into the low to mid 70s. The region between two weather-makers on Friday, high pressure to the east and our next frontal system to our west. This setup means gusty winds and a chance for showers overnight. Highs Friday in the low to mid 70s. Chance for showers and isolated thunderstorms returns Saturday as the frontal system moves into the region. Highs Saturday near 80 degrees. Drying out Sunday with highs near 80 degrees.
