An area of high pressure to our north builds into the region Thursday evening and overnight leading to partial clearing for cloud cover. Areas to the north with less cloud cover will drop into the upper 40s for lows, while areas in the Northern Tier and south will be closer to the low 50s for lows. Isolated showers may linger in the Northern Tier late Thursday night through early Friday morning.
The region between two weather-makers on Friday, high pressure to the east and our next frontal system to our west. This setup means increasing wind speeds. Winds out of the south 5-15 mph with late day gusts of over 25 mph possible. Isolated showers possible in the morning, otherwise mainly dry day. Highs Friday near 70 degrees and lows near 60 degrees.
The frontal system moves in from the west bringing a chance for showers and isolated thunderstorms late Friday night into early Saturday morning, then continuing through the first half of the day. Highs Saturday in the low to mid 70s. Drying out Saturday night and lows near 50 degrees. Decreasing clouds Sunday with highs in the mid to upper 70s. Slight chance for showers early next week, otherwise most staying dry through Wednesday as high pressure regains control of the region. Highs early next week into the 70s.
