Did someone order more summer? Because it will be returning for one last tour of the Twin Tiers before Autumn takes hold. However, first we must get through today’s scattered rain showers and average temperatures for the day. Highs in the mid 70s today with mostly cloudy skies, scattered showers throughout the day. Lows tonight drop to the upper 40s while showers taper off.
Tomorrow sees a slightly cooler day as we shake off the system that brought us the rain showers, highs in the lower 70s. Clouds decreasing throughout the day, turning sunny and staying dry as high pressure set in and will keep us warm for the week. Lows tomorrow night in the mid 40s.
We have a beautiful week ahead of us with high pressure bringing summer back for one last ride 7 days before the official start of Autumn. Wednesday has sunny skies in the forecast with highs in the mid 70s. Thursday, highs in the upper 70s with continued sunshine. We will start off the coming weekend in the low 80s for highs on Friday and Saturday. With the summer-like temperatures comes summer-like chances for showers and thunderstorms on Sunday with a high pushing the mid 80s.
