Cooler air works into the region Tuesday in the wake of a cold front with highs into the mid to upper 60s for the afternoon. Breezy northwest winds 5-15 mph keeping lake-enhanced clouds overhead and also a chance for lingering light showers. A ridge of high pressure begins to build into the region Tuesday evening allowing for decreasing clouds. Valley fog develops late and lows in the mid to upper 40s.

Highs Wednesday into the mid to upper 70s, slightly above average for this time of the year. A weak front moves through on Thursday bringing another chance for showers. Behind the front, high pressure builds back into the region for the end of the workweek. Highs Thursday and Friday near 70 degrees.
