Happy Friday Twin Tiers! A gorgeous day in-store to end your work week as high pressure remains in control of the region. Mostly sunny today with some patchy fog early this morning, lifting out of here by 10am. Sunshine along with light winds out of the south help us warm up slightly above average today with highs in the low 70s. Tonight we remain mostly clear, however, light southerly flow continues, keeping us a little warmer overnight. Lows tonight falling into the mid to upper 50s in some locations.
Our next storm system begins to roll in for Saturday. Clouds increase through Saturday morning, starting off with some sunshine before showers and a few isolated storms enter the region through the afternoon and overnight. Ahead of this cold front, we really warm up near 80 degrees for Saturday. We begin to dry out late Saturday night and see clouds decrease through Sunday with temperatures near 70 degrees.
Monday he dry weather looks to continue, with a mixture of sunshine and clouds before a few showers with some more cloud cover becomes possible into Tuesday and Wednesday. Mid to late next week is looking a bit unsettled right now as multiple frontal systems move through the area, with highs near 80 Tuesday and into Wednesday before it looks to really cool down into late next week.
