ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) – It’s time for another special look at 18 Sports’ Big Fish Summer.

On this edition, we highlight Kelsea Arnold’s largemouth bass. Arnold caught the nice fish at Cowanesque Lake and weighs a little over four pounds. Without question, it’s a catch that Arnold will always remember.
